National Realty & Development Corp (NRDC) is pleased to announce that Cinemark 16 and XD will be remodeling their 16 auditoriums to accommodate their new seating design at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale, New Jersey. The 366,865sf CooperTowne Center is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Cinemark Theatres, and LA Fitness, is located at the intersection of White Horse Pike (Route 30) and Evesham Avenue (Route 544), approximately 10-miles southeast of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Cinemark 16 and XD movie theater will feature luxury loungers in every auditorium, electric powered, over-size, plush, comfortable recliners with footrests. All recliners will be reserved seating allowing customers to purchase tickets ahead of time online via their computer, tablet or smartphone. Customers can still purchase tickets in person at the box office where a box attendant will assist in selecting a seat. Cinemark 16 and XD will be fully reclined by April.
In 2013, Cinemark 16 and XD remodeled one of its auditoriums to provide a Cinemark XD entertainment environment which features an oversize, wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor screen, brand new plush seating, and a custom JBL sound system featuring crisp, clear digital sound.
Two new tenants will also be opening at CooperTowne Center this spring. Leases were signed last month with Nutrishop, a supplement and nutrition store that will be owned and operated by a local entrepreneur as well as a Chinese Restaurant, also locally owned and operated.
Leasing opportunities are available at CooperTowne Center. For more information, please contact the NRDC Leasing team at 1.800.932.RENT (7368) or visit NRDC online at www.nrdc.com.
