Existing shopping centers in urban to mid-tier suburban markets. The size of the project should be no less than 150,000 square feet of GLA.
Available land sites which could provide for retail development projects of 150,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Sites should be well located, have highway or major road exposure, and provide adequate access for a development project. Redevelopment of an existing commercial or brown field site will be considered.
