A leading community shopping center developer of single story retail in the Northeast United States, National Realty & Development Corp. seeks retail properties of value in two categories:
Existing shopping centers well located in mid or small markets with value added opportunities through building expansion, leasing vacant space, or a cash infusion. The size of the project should be no less than 200,000 square feet of GLA.
Available land sites which could provide for retail development projects of 200,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Sites should be well located, have retail exposure, and provide adequate access for a development project. Redevelopment of an existing commercial or industrial brown field site will be considered.
