NRDC announces 10 new transactions in Q4

Purchase, N.Y. ( December 15, 2009 ) National Realty & Development Corp. said that 10 new transactions have been finalized thus far in the fourth quarter, including Joe’s Crab Shack and Brick House Tavern & Tap, which will join the lineup of tenants at Hadley Center, South Plainfield, N.J., in early 2010.

GameStop and Great Clips leases have been executed at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale, N.J. Club Metro, an upscale resort-style fitness and wellness center, has signed a lease for 14,230 sq. ft. at Pohatcong Plaza in Phillipsburg, N.J.

Infinito’s Pizza & Pasta Buffet will occupy a 5,000-sq.-ft. end-cap location at Kmart & Lowe’s Center in Lebanon, Pa.

Party City has opened a 12,000-sq. ft. store and Amazing Savings has opened a 4,600-sq.-ft. holiday store at Orange Plaza in Middletown, N.Y.

In The Game Collectibles, a sports collectibles retail store, is now open at Kohl’s Plaza in Holmdel, N.J. Olympia Sports, a retail sporting goods store, has signed a lease for a 6,700-sq.-ft. space on North 5th Street in Philadelphia.
