NRDC ANNOUNCES HOBBY LOBBY & SLEEPY’S AS NEW TENANTS AT NORTHAMPTON CROSSINGS IN EASTON, PENNSYLVANIA

National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) is pleased to announce that Hobby Lobby and Sleepy’s have joined their lineup of tenants at Northampton Crossings in Easton, Pennsylvania. Northampton Crossings is a 622,000sf power center located at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 248 “Easton Nazareth Highway” in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Hobby Lobby is a national hobbies, arts and crafts, and holiday supplies store; there are now 425 stores in 34 states. The new 54,000sf facility will open in late summer. These new additions bring the center to 100% leased. Northampton Crossings is anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, Kohl’s, Sam’s Club, Hobby Lobby and Regal Cinemas.

“We are pleased to continue our long term relationship with both Hobby Lobby and Sleepy’s. We are excited that they have become additions to the center,” said John Orrico, President at NRDC.
