NATIONAL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES THE GRAND OPENING OF RENZO GRACIE ACADEMY AT KOHL’S PLAZA IN HOLMDEL, NEW JERS

National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) is pleased to announce Renzo Gracie Academy, a leading Brazilian jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts (MMA) instruction facility, has opened at Kohl’s Plaza. Kohl’s Plaza is located at 2143 Highway 35 of the intersection of Route 35 and Union Avenue in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Renzo Gracie Academy opened its 8,250sf facility this May in the 185,000-square-foot Plaza, which is anchored by Kohl’s and Stein Mart. Renzo Gracie, the principal of Renzo Gracie Academy, is a world-renowned practitioner of Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA with a dedicated following throughout the world. This location marks the first Renzo Gracie Academy to open in New Jersey.

Kohl’s Plaza, which was built in 1985 and recently underwent major renovations of the property’s façade, canopies and landscaping, features daily traffic counts of more than 35,000 cars per day on Route 35.
