NATIONAL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES FIVE YEAR LEASE RENEWAL FOR CUTTING CREW AT WAL-MART PLAZA IN COBLESKILL, N.Y.

National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) recently announced that Cutting Crew has renewed its lease at Wal-Mart Plaza in Cobleskill, New York. Wal-Mart Plaza is located at the intersection of Merchant Place and Route 145 in Cobleskill, New York and is the dominant shopping center in the area.

Cutting Crew occupies approximately 1,300 sq. ft. at the center and opened in November of 1995. “We are happy to continue our outstanding long term relationship with Cutting Crew for more than 14 years and are pleased they continue to be successful at Wal-Mart Plaza” said Dovid Spector, Director of Retail Leasing at NRDC.”
