National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) recently announced that Aspen Dental, a provider of full range dental services, has renewed its lease at Orange Plaza in Middletown, NY. Orange Plaza is a 900,000sf power center located at 444 Route 211 East & Route 17in Middletown, New York.

Aspen Dental occupies approximately 2,500sf at the center. “Orange Plaza is an exceptional retail destination drawing shoppers from a 10-mile radius exceeding 122,000 people. “Aspen Dental provides a unique draw and tenant mix to the center, we wish them continued success” said Dovid Spector, Director of Retail Leasing at NRDC.”
