NATIONAL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES LA FITNESS TO OPEN AT COOPERTOWNE CENTER IN SOMERDALE, NEW JERSEY

National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) recently announced LA Fitness, one of the nation’s leading fitness centers, will open a state-of-the-art facility in December at CooperTowne Center. LA Fitness will occupy 45,000 square feet of the 385,000 square foot Greyfields redevelopment that will revitalize the former Lion’s Head Plaza located at 711 Evesham Avenue in Somerdale, NJ.

“With LA Fitness joining CooperTowne Center as an anchor tenant for the property, the facility will generate an immediate and positive draw from the surrounding area upon its opening. The addition of this premier national health and fitness center to the mix at CooperTowne Center supports our vision for this property as a true Town Center and community destination,” said John G. Orrico, President, NRDC. The balance of the center including a Walmart Supercenter and many other leading retailers will open in June 2010.
