NATIONAL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES NEW FOURTH QUARTER DEALS

National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), is pleased to announce that ten new transactions have been finalized thus far in the Fourth Quarter 2009. National Realty & Development Corp. is a leading real estate owner/developer with over 46 years of experience and a portfolio of 105 shopping centers located in 20 states throughout the country.

Joe’s Crab Shack and Brick House Tavern & Tap will join the lineup of tenants at Hadley Center in early 2010. Located on Stelton Road in South Plainfield, NJ, Hadley Center is a 542,000sf power center anchored by Target, Kohl’s Department Store, Pathmark, Regal Cinema and Marshalls Megastore. The center is well-positioned in a high-traffic area, with daily traffic counts of nearly 100,000 cars on I-287 at Exit 5 (Stelton Road).

“These additions represent a unique success story,” said Brian Sekel, Executive Vice President of Real Estate, NRDC. “Once opened this will mark Brick House Tavern & Tap’s first location in New Jersey and only the second New Jersey location for Joe’s Crab Shack. The new restaurants will add to the variety of tenants at Hadley Center and represent the latest example of our ongoing efforts to provide a diverse tenant mix for the community.”

GameStop and Great Clips leases have been executed at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale, New Jersey. Opening in June 2010, CooperTowne Center is a 385,000sf Greyfields Redevelopment that will revitalize the former Lions Head Plaza. CooperTowne Center is situated at the intersection of White Horse Pike (Route 30) and Evesham Avenue (Route 544). The shopping center is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, a Cinemark 16-screen theatre, and a 45,000sf LA Fitness.

Club Metro, an upscale resort-style fitness and wellness center, has signed a lease for 14,230sf at Pohatcong Plaza in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Pohatcong Plaza, a 331,000sf power center, is located at 1250 US Highway 22, ¾ of a mile Northwest of Interstate 78.

Infinito’s Pizza & Pasta Buffet will occupy the 5,000sf end-cap location at Kmart & Lowe’s Center. The center is located at 1625 Quentin Road (SR 72) in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Infinito’s will open for business early 2010.

Two new tenants will call home to Orange Plaza in Middletown, New York. Party City, the nation’s largest specialty party goods chain, has opened a 12,000sf store and Amazing Savings has opened a 4,600sf holiday store. The two-leveled Orange Plaza is a 900,000sf power center located at 444 Route 211 East & Route 17 in Middletown, New York and is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s Department Store, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls, Bed Bath and Beyond, The Home Depot and Staples.

In The Game Collectibles, a sports collectibles retail store, is now open at Kohl’s Plaza in Holmdel, New Jersey. Kohl’s Plaza is located at 2143 Highway 35, at the intersection of Route 35 and Union Avenue in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Olympia Sports, a retail sporting goods store, has signed a lease for a 6,700sf space on North 5th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Olympia Sports will open its store first quarter 2010.
