National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) recently announced that three new tenants totaling 58,690 square feet will be opening at Liberty Square Center in Burlington, NJ. Liberty Square Center is a 380,380 square foot shopping center anchored Walmart Supercenter and Marshalls/HomeGoods located on Mount Holly Road (Route 541).
Planet Fitness will open a 25,000 square foot fitness facility in a portion of the center’s former Acme unit. The off-price department store Ross Dress for Less, will be moving into 22,090 square feet and occupying a portion of the former Toys ‘R’ Us unit. Five Below will occupy the remaining 11,600 square feet of the former Toys R Us space. Additionally, the center recently opened a new McDonald’s and is one of the first in South Jersey to have table delivery and features two new ways to order: kiosk and mobile phone ordering.
“Our goal is to continue to reposition our centers with a mix of prominent retail brands that attract a wider variety of shoppers.
