National Realty & Development Corp.Leases Final 60,143SF in Newburgh, NY
National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) recently announced that National Freight Inc. (NFI) has signed a 60,143SF lease at their Northeast Business Center in Newburgh, New York. The 141-acre industrial corporate park is located on Route 17K near the intersection of the NY State Thruway (I-87) and Interstate 87.

NFI is a privately held fully integrated third-party supply chain solutions provider. The Company operates approximately 50 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space, and its company-owned fleet consists of over 3,000 tractors and 12,500 trailers.
