National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) announced that NJ TRANSIT Corp. has leased the entire second floor at its 95,000 s/f Baker Waterfront Plaza in Hoboken, NJ.
NJ TRANSIT will relocate employees currently housed in the historic Hoboken train station to the new 11,168 s/f space in Baker Waterfront Plaza where it currently occupies two other suites and has been a tenant for 10 years.
NJ TRANSIT is the nation’s third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit, linking major points in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia.

Located at Two Hudson Place, the property overlooks the Hudson River and is situated directly across from the NJ TRANSIT Hoboken Terminal. The Holland Tunnel is located a half mile south of the property, while access to Routes 1 & 9 and the NJ Turnpike are approximately one mile southwest.
