National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), has announced that 51,400 square feet has been collectively leased at four of its New Jersey shopping centers. Dollar Tree, Old Navy, Ulta and Habitat for Humanity ReStores, have recently signed leases in the following dominant retail centers within their regions.
Dollar Tree signed a lease to open a 10,532 square-foot store at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale, NJ. The 366,865 square-foot shopping center is located at the intersection of Route 544 and Route 30 (White Horse Pike) in Camden County. Walmart Supercenter, Cinemark & LA Fitness anchor the town center project.
Old Navy will open a 14,230 square-foot store at NRDC’s Pohatcong Plaza in Phillipsburg, NJ. Pohatcong Plaza is located at 1250 US Route 22 in Warren County. Walmart Supercenter, Stop & Shop, Regal Cinemas, Hobby Lobby and Marshalls/Home Goods anchor this 537,410 square-foot power center.
Ulta will be joining the lineup of tenants in an11,670 square-foot store at South Plainfield, NJ’s Hadley Center. Target, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls/Home Goods and Regal Cinemas anchor this 540,150 square-foot power center. Hadley Center is located at 4899 Stelton Road, ¼ of a mile from I-287 in Middlesex County.
Habitat for Humanity ReStores, a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances and building materials is opening a 15,000 square-foot store at the Marketplace at Manville in Manville, NJ. The shopping center, anchored by Walmart & Reading Cinemas is located at 100 North Main Street (Route 533) in Somerset County.
