We are actively seeking:
- Existing shopping centers in urban to mid-tier suburban markets. The size of the project should have a GLA of 150,000 square feet or larger and could include portfolios.
- Available land sites which could provide for retail development projects of 150,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Sites should be well located, have highway or major road exposure, and provide adequate access for a development project. Redevelopment of an existing commercial or brown field site will be considered.
Submissions should include information on location, land size, topography, utilities and zoning.
